Do clients need to install anything?
No. Proof opens in a browser on a phone or a laptop.
Can I review files I did not make in Varial?
Yes. Upload a PDF, image, or video and it gets the same versions, pins, and decisions.
What happens to a comment after I fix it?
Resolve it, or promote it to a task first if it needs tracking. Either way it stays in the version history.
Can I stop a link from working?
Yes. Expire it or rotate it, and the old link stops opening without breaking anyone else.
Does approval trigger the invoice?
It can. Approved milestones show up as billable line items in Invoicing.
