Do clients need a Varial account?
No. Clients open a proof link, comment, and approve. You control what they can see.
How does live collaboration work?
Files open in a room. Your cursor, selection, and viewport are shared with the people in that room and nobody else.
Can I use Proof for files made elsewhere?
Yes. Upload a PDF, image, or video and review it the same way.
How do payments work?
Invoices are paid by card through Stripe. Tax is handled by Stripe Tax based on where your client is.
