Clear terms for using Varial.
These terms govern access to the Varial websites, applications, and services that link to them. Product-specific or commercial terms may also apply.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using a Varial service that links to these terms, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy notice. If you use Varial for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify Varial promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Access may depend on a subscription, invitation, license, beta program, or product-specific requirements. You may not transfer access or evade account, seat, rate, or security controls.
Acceptable use
Use Varial lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, their work, or the service.
- Do not use Varial to send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls except through an authorized security-research program.
- Do not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use, or content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or automate access except where Varial expressly permits it or applicable law grants that right.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Varial. You give Varial a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or follow your instructions.
You are responsible for your content, the permissions needed to use it, and the people with whom you choose to share it. Varial does not acquire ownership of your creative work merely because you use the service.
Varial materials and licenses
Varial and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and other Varial materials. These terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended while your access remains active.
Open-source components and separately licensed assets remain governed by their applicable licenses. A product order, marketplace listing, enterprise agreement, or license file may provide additional usage rights and restrictions.
Paid services
Prices, billing periods, included usage, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rights are presented at purchase or in the applicable order. You authorize the stated charges when you purchase a paid service.
Product-specific order terms control if they conflict with this section. Unless a purchase flow or applicable law states otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Service changes and availability
Varial may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as products develop. We aim to communicate material changes when practical, but beta, preview, free, and experimental features may change without notice.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Varial disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Varial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Varial at any time. Varial may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these terms.
Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, licenses needed to wind down the service, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Changes and contact
Varial may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel when required.
Product-specific agreements, signed order forms, and mandatory local law may supplement or override these terms. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
