Approval you can point at

"Looks good" in a chat thread is not a sign-off. Here is what is.

Every designer has lived this. The client said yes. Then, three weeks later, they did not remember saying yes to that version.

Decisions, not vibes

In Proof, a client picks a decision: approved, approved with notes, partial approval, request changes, or blocked. Each one is recorded with their name, the version, and the time.

Notes that land somewhere

Clients drop pins on the exact spot they mean. On video, notes carry a timestamp. You can reply, resolve, or turn a note into a task on your board.

A receipt for every yes

When a decision is made, Proof writes a receipt with a hash of what the client actually saw. Receipts go into the delivery packet, and anyone holding the packet can check it has not been changed.

No account needed

Clients open a link. You decide whether they can watch, mark up, or approve, and when the link stops working.
